Got an itch to check out some of the coolest car-related events going on this summer and some cash burning a hole in your pocket? Toronto-based exotic car dealership Pfaff Automotive has you covered.
Pfaff has put together several “travel experiences” – at prices of roughly $6,000-and-up per couple – that offer you VIP experiences at events like the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal; or a Porsche driving school in Georgia.
Want to stay at the best hotels, receive invites to exclusive parties, and mingle with racecar drivers and celebs? The travel packages offer all of that and more—ironically they include everything but the cost of travel.
Our pick would be the Monterey Car Week experience in late August ($13,995 per couple). I mean, tickets to the famous Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, access to Porsche, McLaren and Pagani backstage parties—we’re in.
If you’re similarly interested, you might want to move fast. That experience, like several Pfaff is offering, is limited to just five couples.

- Toyota’s pulled the trigger and become that automaker, the one who’s finally decided to partner with Uber. So what does that mean exactly? Uber drivers can lease cars from Toyota and cover the payments with their earnings. (via the Verge)
- Tesla has hired on notoriously critical battery researcher Jeff Dahn to join them on an exclusive contract this June, we’d assume to better their batteries. The automaker poached him from his job at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. (via Quartz)
